Frequently Asked Questions

The cleaning of acrylic surfaces or objects should be done with great care, in order to maintain the original appearance of the pieces, because despite being a very durable and resistant material, it is delicate. It scratches more easily than glass, and does not lose its shine and transparency, as long as you observe certain precautions when cleaning it. 

We therefore recommend that you follow the following instructions: 
  • For basic cleaning, use a dust duster, as being a smooth material, removing dirt is easy. You should do this periodically to preserve and maintain the material in perfect condition; 
  • Never use abrasive products, solvents or alcohol for cleaning or washing acrylic surfaces or objects; 
  • To clean the acrylic, use cold or warm water, with soap or neutral detergent, using a soft and clean cloth, such as a flannel, dry or moistened with water; 
  • Do not use sponges, scourers, steel wool or brushes, as the risk of causing damage such as scratches and blurring of the surface will be the most natural consequence; 
  • After washing the piece or the surface, polish it with a soft flannel, using for example anti-static flannels, produced especially for this purpose that you will find for sale in specialized shops.

If a return is necessary, please download the necessary return documents from your customer account, print them and then paste them into the packaging in the following steps:

1. log into your customer account with your email address and password.
2. Click on the top bar where "your name" is located.
3. Click on the section for your customer account. 
4. In the overview, select the items you want to return.
5. Check the corresponding articles and click on "Return".
6. Click "Continue to the confirmation page" to generate, download and print the receipt and return label. 

In exceptional cases, it may happen that your order is delivered in several packages. When returning items, please ensure that you return only the items indicated on the delivery document in a single package. Otherwise, the allocation and refunding of the return may take a little longer. Naturally, you will not incur any additional costs if you send the return in several packages. 

And it is as simple as that:

1. Make sure you put the item in its original packaging. 
2. Enclose the return document.
3. Attach the return label to the sealed package.
4. Then simply take the parcel to your nearest CTT post office.

The invoice amount will be refunded, after checking the returned items, using the payment method you used when making the purchase.

Please make sure you return the items in the same condition you received them. Damaged items cannot be returned. If you are unable to have your order delivered to a post office, please contact our customer service team at comercial@badonlinestore.com , and they will be happy to arrange a collection of your order from a location of your choice. 
Unfortunately, we do not accept direct exchanges on returned items. Once we have received the returned item and it has been checked, we will refund the value of the returned item to your bank account. After that you can simply order any other item. 
Once you have sent your return in its original packaging and delivered it to a CTT post office, it will proceed to our returns warehouse. 
Once it arrives at the warehouse, the process is as follows:

1) Returns are first unpacked and inspected, and your refund is automatically triggered. 
2) Any need to repair the item is done on site.

Items that are too damaged are then returned for recycling. We care about our planet and try to do our part to preserve it. 
Please add your IBAN to your customer account, so that we can transfer the refund amount to your bank account. To do this, please follow these steps: 

1. Login to your BAD account.
2. Select the "Customer Account" icon in the top section of the page.
3. Select "Bank Details". 
4. If you have already provided your bank details, click the edit icon in the top right corner of the card image and check that they are correct.
5. If you have not already done so, please add the following information:
- First name
- Surname
- IBAN (International Bank Account Number) - the standard number of your bank account, composed by the old NIB (Bank Identification Number), preceded by the country code (PT) and two control digits (in the Portuguese case, these digits are always '50'). It has a total of 25 characters.

As soon as your bank details are added / updated, we will proceed immediately with the refund. 
If an item is not in the right condition, you can of course return it free of charge using the return document and stating the reason for your complaint. You can find all information on the subject of returns under "How do I send a return?". As soon as we have received the item and it has been checked, we will refund the amount to your bank account. After that, you can simply order the item again.
With us, you have 14 days after you receive your order to return the items to us. You can find more information about the right of return in our general terms and conditions (T&C).
Yes, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after receiving the return.
The return shipping address will be automatically pre-printed on the return label. Simply log into your customer account to generate the return label and return document for your order. The return document must be placed inside the package and the label affixed to the outside of the package.

Delivery of your return is possible at any CTT post office and is free of charge. If you are not available to deliver your order to a post office, please contact our customer service via e-mail comercial@badonlinestore.com , our team will be happy to arrange collection of your order at a location of your choice.
Once we have received and checked the returned items, your amount will be credited within 14 days via the payment method you selected when you placed your order.
Once you have dropped your return off at the post office, you can see its status on the summary page of your order. Please note that it may take some time before we can provide you with its exact status.

In exceptional cases, it may happen that we do not have access to the tracking details of your return, so we cannot give you information about it:
  • If you have not used the return label generated through your account or by our customer service.
  • For some items we have trusted partners who send them to our warehouses. If your order has been sent through one of these partners, we do not have access to the return status.
  • If BAD - BEST ACRYLIC DESIGN is newly available in your country, we cannot yet access the local carrier's details, but we are working on it. Stay tuned!
If an item delivered by us is damaged, faulty or in any way not in the right condition, then you can make a complaint about the item and send it back free of charge with the corresponding return document. You can find all information on the subject of returns under "How do I send a return?"
The return of your order must be done through a CTT post office.

If you are not available to deliver your order to a post office, please contact our customer service via e-mail comercial@badonlinestore.com , our team will be happy to arrange collection of your order at a location of your choice.
We will pay the postage for the return of the items.

5. Select the items to return and click "Return".
